What Shipping Methods Are Available?

Orders will be delivered by Australia Post through the standard postage service.

How Long Will It Take To Get My Order?

Your order will be processed within 1-2 business days of a cleared payment. Australia Post’s delivery speed is 2-6 business days after posting.

Do You Ship Internationally?

We do not currently offer international shipping but stay tuned.

What If I’m Not Home for Delivery?

Your order will be placed in your mail box, if it fits. If it doesn’t fit and you’re not around, or there’s no safe place to leave the item, it will be taken to a nearby Post Office for your to collect.

We use PayPal for major credit cards including MasterCard and Visa.

Is Buying On-Line Safe?

PayPal is safer than most credit cards. If you would like more information on their security, please visit their website. 

Orders and Returns

How do I place an Order?

Ordering is simple, just follow the steps below:

  1. Visit the shop and select the item that you would like to purchase.
  2. Click the gold “Add to Cart” button to add the item to your shopping cart.
  3. Click the white “View my Cart” button or the Shopping Cart icon in the top right corner to view or edit the contents of your shopping cart.
  4. Once you are ready to finalise your order, click the “Checkout” button.
  5. Enter your details including the delivery address, and select your payment method.
  6. Enter your email address and password to create a new account, or login if you already have an account.
  7. Review the terms and conditions, and check the box once you are done.
  8. Finally, click the “Place Order” button and your order will be submitted for processing. You will also receive an order confirmation via email.
Do I need an account to place an order?

You can purchase as a guest. We do encourage you to create an account so that you have access to your order and transaction history in the future.

How Can I Cancel Or Change My Order?

We do not accept cancellations, so please choose carefully. Items cannot be exchanged or refunded for change of mind.

How Do I Track My Order?

Tracking is not available at this stage on all orders. Once your order has been shipped, if available, you will be sent tracking information via email. You will be able to track your order through Australia Post’s tracking system on their website.

My Order is Damaged?

In the unfortunate event that your order has been damaged through the delivery process, we will replace the damaged product. If your product has been damaged please notify us within 5 working days. We will make arrangements for the item to be returned. Once the returned product is received and reviewed we will work with you on the next available options.

We do not deem faulty or damaged packaging to be a refundable item.

In order to provide you with any remedies for a faulty/damaged product/service, we may need your assistance and prompt provision of certain information regarding the product/service, including:

  • You specifying with reasonable detail the way in which it is alleged that the Product is damaged or defective. 
  • You providing us with the delivery note number and such other information as we reasonably require.
